Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, in particular in respect of persons located in the EU, the corresponding provisions are reserved.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Data we process<\/h2>\n<p>Depending on your interaction with the Site, we may process: contact data you provide voluntarily (name, first name, email address, telephone number, the content of your message), as well as navigation data collected automatically (IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, date and time of access, referring site), processed for security, statistics and improvement of the Site.<\/p>\n<p>We do not collect sensitive data through the Site and ask that you do not send us confidential information relating to a matter via the contact form or unencrypted email until a mandate has been formally established.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Purposes and legal bases<\/h2>\n<p>We process your data to respond to your requests, to assess and where applicable perform a mandate, to ensure the operation and security of the Site, and to comply with our legal and professional obligations. As no transmission over the Internet is entirely secure, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.<\/p>\n<h2>8.
