Matthias Traussnig specialises in litigation, criminal law, technology law and business law, with recognised expertise in criminal and civil disputes, Web3, digital finance, crypto-asset regulation and cybersecurity.

His distinctive background includes three years at the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Canton of Geneva, giving him an in-depth understanding of how Geneva criminal justice works. He also sits as a deputy judge at the Criminal Appeals and Review Chamber (CPAR) of the Geneva Court of Justice.

After experience in a Big Four firm, he held a Senior Manager position in a practice specialising in new technologies, advising numerous blockchain projects and digital-finance players.

Aurélien Rocher is both an attorney and an academic, with solid expertise in technology law and corporate law. After being admitted to the Lyon Bar in 2014, he built his career in Switzerland within Big Four firms, where for one of them he created and led a team specialising in new-technology law.

Corporate law is a central focus of his practice, alongside his expertise in technology law. In parallel, he pursues academic and research work centred on business and technology law. His doctorate and academic grounding give him analytical rigour and the ability to anticipate the evolution of regulatory frameworks.

Aurélien Rocher is a member of the Lyon Bar. He works in collaboration with Sentinel Legal on cross-border France–Switzerland matters, particularly in technology and corporate files, in compliance with the rules of each bar.
